Marta Bevacqua born in Rome, in 1989. Marta makes experience in various photographic fields, like set photography. After a collective exhibition in London in 2009, she enters in contact with Archangel Images’s staff and she starts collaborating for book covers, until now (a field where she works today in a freelance way too, until she realizes the image for one of the books written by the noble prize winner of 2014, Alice Munro) where she works on it freelance and with other 2 agencies: Trillion Images and Demure. After some years Marta starts being interested in fashion photography. After a campaign for Romeo Giggly Eye wear (2011) and a short course of Fashion Photography at the Central Saint Martins school of London, she starts realizing various fashion editorials, published on several magazines (like POSE, Kult, Flawless, Magpie Darling, Kaltblut, Coco, Anormal, Nicotine, Lui, Syn and others). In the meantime, she realizes various exhibitions, several collectives, and one solo exhibition at the ExEliografica of Perugia, during the famous Umbria Jazz Festival (2012). She wins some contests, and she obtains several honorable mentions in big contests like Px3 and the second place at the International Photography Awards. From january 2014, Marta lives in Paris; she works mainly in fashion. She continues to work on her artistic projects, and she collaborates with several artists in Paris, starting experimenting in various fields of art.
